The PEOE department is responsible for the strategic management of professional development.
We advise and support organisational units and managers in all aspects of organisational development and change management. This includes areas such as process and project management as well as establishing knowledge management. In this context, we maintain and develop the administration portal as the central information platform of the administration.
The objectives of personnel development are to promote specialist and interdisciplinary skills and to adapt to new requirements. To this end, we design, organise and oversee needs-oriented measures for the qualification and development of employees and managers in academia, administration and technology.
As part of health management, we support the University’s organisational units in creating and designing healthy working conditions, including by developing health-promoting measures that are supplemented by a wide range of psychosocial counselling and conflict prevention services.
