Organisational development

Organisational development is a planned, long-term change process. Its objectives are to adapt the organisation to new requirements, increase readiness for change and performance and turn the organisation into a “learning organisation”.

The Organisational Development department supports the organisational units in shaping change and deploying the resources of all those involved in a targeted manner.

We see ourselves as a driving force and methodological specialist in supporting and shaping change processes at various levels.
