Section 2.4 - Purchasing
We are there for you when it comes to the optimal and timely commissioning of goods and services (procurement of items, equipment and consumables as well as the awarding of service contracts) for all facilities in the University of Oldenburg's business area. We are responsible for the conclusion of purchase contracts, service contracts and contracts for work and labour and the implementation of tenders and provide information, advice and support on all issues relating to procurement and aspects of contract and public procurement law.
Purchasing is carried out in accordance with the principles of the "Guidelines for the Purchasing Procedure at the University of Oldenburg" dated 1 December 2006.
