Certificates in accordance with Section 15 are issued by the Examinations Office

1. Please book office hours with Prof. Dr Brückmann via Stud.IP.
2. Please bring the complete set of documents (transcript from Stud.IP), stating the semester, with you to the office hours.
3. ‘Complete documents’ means you must submit the following:
   1. Form 5, which you must complete in lines 1 to 8. Lines 9–15 are to be completed by the university.
   2. A certificate of your examination results to date, certified by the Examinations Office.
   3. An enrolment certificate showing which academic semester you are in at the ISB or SU and which semester you are currently in within your degree programme. (For example, if you have changed your subject, the semester numbers may differ.)
4. Please provide your email address and a mobile phone number so that we can contact you if we have any queries.
