The University of Oldenburg Alumni Initiative would like to welcome you.

The "Alumni Initiative" endeavours to maintain the solidarity and collegiality of former colleagues.
Our activities are related to our university wherever possible.

A one-day excursion is organised in the summer.

Once a year, at the invitation of the Presidential Board, we organise a coffee party in the guest canteen. A representative of the Presidential Board informs us about current changes and future developments at our university.

During the cloudy season, we invite you to lectures at the university or in museums, etc.
We are always happy to receive suggestions.

If you would also like to take part in these activities, it is essential that you register in person/join the alumni list.

Only those who register by email at or in writing to Mrs zur Brügge in the Office of the Vice President for Administration and Finance will receive the invitations from the alumni initiative. Please inform us if your address or email has changed.
