The Study and Career Counselling Service supports graduates in making the transition from university to the world of work – and is the first point of contact for companies looking to recruit suitable staff. The service facilitates contact between companies and students and publishes details of internships and job vacancies.

The Start-up and Innovation Centre offers support for students, employees, academics and alumni on all aspects of starting a business, such as the creation of business plans, financing options and access to networks and business partners. The start-up expertise is also anchored in courses offered by the Professorship of Entrepreneurship.

Providing employees with further education alongside their work and nurturing each individual’s potential: this is the remit of the Centre for Lifelong Learning (C3L), whether through bachelor’s or master’s degree programmes, certificate programmes, guest student schemes or advice on accessing higher education without Abitur. If the training requirements are very specific, the C3L offers personalised advice and in-house training courses.

The aim of the Deutschlandstipendien is to support talented and committed young people in their studies. Half of the scholarship is paid for by private sponsors, foundations and companies, the other half by the federal government. You too can become a sponsor.
