Through the “Programme Budget” for research funding (Programmhaushalt Forschung), the Presidential Board of the University of Oldenburg supports early-career researchers by providing start-up funding to help them establish externally funded research groups or to secure external funding for a research project with temporary PI position.

The deadlines for submitting applications are 1 February and 1 August each year.
