The persons of trust are available as contact persons for problems and conflicts at the institute level or in individual work areas if these cannot be dealt with directly between the persons concerned for various reasons or if this is explicitly not desired.

Guideline persons of trust

An affected person can contact a trusted person of his or her choice, regardless of status group and institute affiliation. These persons know about the possible procedures in the institutes, the faculty and at the university and can, if desired, accompany the first steps.

The discussions held with the persons of trust are confidential and should take place at an agreed date in a place that allows confidentiality
