Do you love the challenge of complex interrelationships? No mountain of data is too high for you to solve environmental issues at
? Then the Master's course in Environmental Modelling at
Oldenburg is the right place for you! You can expect a variety of topics such as climate modelling, statistical ecology or energy information systems. Several internships and exercises are an integral part of the programme and offer you the opportunity to apply your theoretical knowledge in practice. You can choose to specialise in "Environmental Systems and Biodiversity", "Energy Systems" or "Environmental and Resource Economics".

Our lecturer Prof Dr Thilo Gross and our Master's student Luna-Fee Düster will give you an insight into the diverse opportunities that studying at the Institute of Chemistry and Biology of the Marine Environment (ICBM) offers you.

On our Master's degree programme in Marine Environmental Sciences (MUWI ), you will explore the seas and oceans from a biological, chemical and physical perspective. Our lecturer Dr Cora Kohlmeier and our Master's student Eva Foth will give you an insight into the many opportunities offered by studying at the Institute of Chemistry and Biology of the Marine Environment (ICBM).

Notes on the BigBlueButton video conferencing system

We use the video conferencing system BBB (BigBlueButton) for the online transmission so that you can hear the speaker and see the slides. Interaction is possible via chat or via your microphone. Normally only the speaker and moderator activate their camera.

To join, simply click on the "Continue to web meeting" button above, enter your name and click on "Join". Depending on whether you want to use your microphone, select the appropriate option in the following dialogue. You should see something similar to:

3) Activate / deactivate the microphone (please always set to mute until the question round)
