Qualitative Procedures
In addition to quantitative evaluation methods that include surveys and course evaluations, Internal Evaluation also offers two qualitative evaluation methods.
The Teaching Analysis Poll (TAP) format is a qualitative formal used for interim evaluations of courses. It serves to provide teaching staff with feedback.
Focus group-based evaluations can be held when evaluation results for degree programmes are unavailable (for purposes such as degree programme reviews in the context of system accreditation) due to low survey response rates. These moderated group discussions are based on key questions defined prior to the discussion.
