Dialog im Fokus (DiFo)

  • What do students/teaching staff/graduates really think about our degree programme?
  • We would like to develop our degree programme further. But where are we starting from and what options should we pursue?
  • The employee survey has shown, that the staff (e.g., lecturers and administrative staff) at a school are dissatisfied with their working conditions. What are the reasons for this dissatisfaction? What measures could lead to short-term improvements? What measures could lead to long-term improvements?

If you have these or similar questions, e.g., in advance of programme conferences, in context of the development of a degree programme, or for the further development of schools or organisational units, the method „Dialog im Fokus” (DiFo) can be helpful. These moderated group discussions can be held as face-to-face event for different group sizes (max. 30 people). The structured and guided process provides you with meaningful insights to your questions.
