Internal Surveys

Focus groups [Link only in German]

Internal Surveys already offers a small number of focus groups. These are moderated group discussions based on pre-defined key questions. This service will be expanded in a pilot project. Some topics that can be covered by this qualitative analysis include development of degree programmes, high student fluctuation, drop-out rates, and many more.

Positive feedback on the Teaching Analysis Poll (TAP)

Internal Surveys and Teaching and Learning in Higher Education have been offering the TAP for mid-semester qualitative feedback in courses for several years. Instructors whose courses have had the TAP implemented are more than satisfied with this assessment process. They especially value that changes to the course can still be made during the ongoing semester in response to student feedback.
