You can register for all courses that require registration on our website and at the university sports office from 4.00 pm 7 days before the start of the course. We strongly recommend that you register via our website. Here you can also find out the exact registration dates for the relevant period. During the free times (FZ), it is possible to come and go at any time. You will have to organise playing together, setting up and dismantling equipment, borrowing materials etc. among yourselves. For the introductory course (GK) and advanced beginners (FA), students and employees of the University of Oldenburg and the cooperating universities only need to register in some cases. External guests must always register. Due to bad experiences, no telephone registrations can be accepted. A maximum of two registrations can be made by the same person. In principle, it is not possible to cancel registrations, nor is it possible to refund course fees. However, if a doctor's certificate of illness or injury is presented, we will refund the fees for the dates that could not be used on proposal. Students can withdraw from course bookings if a course has been postponed to the time of the course after registration. In this case, we require confirmation from the respective lecturer. The fees for course dates that have to be cancelled due to illness of the instructor will also be refunded on proposal. Our workshops (WS) take place at the weekend. Here too, please register in good time, at least 7 days before the start of the workshop.

As we offer our sports programme for everyone, but university sports is first and foremost a service institution of the university and therefore interested in offering a cost-effective sports programme for students, we have a certain price structure. This means that non-university members and university staff have to pay a little more for chargeable programmes than students. In this programme, the prices for students are listed before the slash, those for employees after it and finally the prices for non-university members, e.g. €25.00 / €31.00 / €35.00.
