Withdrawal and cancellation policy

It is generally not possible to cancel registrations. A refund of course fees is also generally not possible!

Cancellation of booked services is only possible in justified and proven exceptional cases. If no special cancellation regulations are specified in the respective course offers, the following general rule applies:

From the start of the course, students are only entitled to a refund if a medical certificate or, for example, a course postponement from a lecturer (certified in writing) is available.

The refund is made in one process for all dates of a programme period (e.g. summer semester or spring semester break programme). Reimbursement can be requested within 4 weeks of the last day of the programme period in question using the reimbursement form. No refund is possible after this deadline.
