Withdrawal and cancellation policy
 

It is generally not possible to cancel registrations. A refund of course fees is also generally not possible. Special cancellation rules are stated in individual offers. These rules only apply to the respective offer.

Exceptions:
Students can cancel a booking if, after registering for a course, a lecturer reschedules a course (certified in writing) for the time of the course. In this case, fees for unused dates can be refunded on request. A processing fee of €5 will be charged for this. The application must be submitted to the ZE Hochschulsport no later than 14 days after the postponement of the course (date of the lecturer's certificate).

If participation in a course has to be cancelled due to illness or injury of the participant, the fees paid can be refunded on a pro rata basis. A processing fee of €5 will be charged for this. Refunds will be made on application by the participant and on presentation of a medical certificate for the period of illness or injury. The medical certificate must be submitted to ZE Hochschulsport no later than 14 days after the illness or injury.

Course cancellation or cancellation:
If a course does not reach the minimum number of participants required for it to be carried out in a content-related or economically justifiable manner, the course can be cancelled by ZE Hochschulsport. In this case, fees paid will be refunded pro rata for the cancelled dates upon request. In this case, no processing fee will be charged.
If more than 10% of the dates of an offer are cancelled by the ZE Hochschulsport (e.g. due to illness of the exercise leader or technical reasons), the fees paid for this can be refunded pro rata. A processing fee of €5 will be charged for this. Refunds will be made after the end of the programme upon application by the participant.
The application must be submitted to ZE Hochschulsport no later than four weeks after the end of the programme. No refunds are possible after this deadline.
If more than 10% of the dates of a programme cannot be attended due to illness or injury of the participant, the fees paid for this can be refunded on a pro rata basis. A processing fee of €5 will be charged for this. Refunds will be made after the end of the programme at the request of the participant and on presentation of a medical certificate for the period of illness or injury.

Refunds are generally not possible at the ‘studiO’ fitness and health centre.
Refunds are made in one transaction for all dates of a programme period (e.g. summer semester or spring semester break programme). Refunds can be requested within 4 weeks of the last day of the relevant programme period using the refund form. No reimbursement is possible after this deadline.
