Erasmus+ scholarships for students from Ukraine

Students who are enrolled at a Ukrainian university can receive Erasmus+ funding through the University of Oldenburg if they flee Ukraine due to the Russian attack. Approvals are subject to sufficient funding being approved by the NA DAAD.

Apply for exchange studies in Oldenburg

We need proof of your enrolment in Ukraine (enrolment certificate, transcript of records, certificate from your home university or a Ukrainian authority). You do not have to be nominated by your Ukrainian university.

Funding is only possible if an Inter-Institutional Agreement (IIA) is concluded between the two universities before the start of the Erasmus funding.

  1. If you receive an admission for exchange studies from us and meet the conditions for funding, you must prepare a Learning Agreement, which we will send to you. The Learning Agreement must be signed by you, your Ukrainian university and the responsible Departmental Coordinator in Oldenburg.
