Close contact with parents is very important to us throughout the entire process. The information that parents give us about their child is essential for the implementation and organisation of learning support.

The primary and secondary schools in the city of Oldenburg are also important co-operation partners for us. We coordinate the content of learning support with class and subject teachers and work with teachers and parents to check whether it is sensible and possible to provide learning support at school.

We work closely with a practice for child and adolescent psychotherapy in the region. This is where competency assessments are carried out and official reports are drawn up. The costs for this are covered by statutory public health insurance and usually also by private health insurance.
