3rd Future platform: Mobility in Times of Climate Change and Digitalization
What challenges emerge when introducing a climate-friendly mobility system? How can digitization be used to develop climate-friendly mobility? How can the negative effects of change in the mobility system be cushioned? And what political incentives are needed to shape the mobility system of the future?
These and other questions will be discussed at the future platform "Mobility in Times of Climate Change and Digitalization", which will take place online from 1 to 3:30 p.m. on November 8. During the event, two experts will first explain their views on pressing issues in the context of mobility and digitization. In addition, the results of the research project to date will be presented in a third keynote speech. Afterwards, there will be the opportunity for questions, exchange and discussion. We are pleased that we have been able to win the following experts for the event:
- Dr. Christian Höcker (Head of Climate Neutrality Program, Deutsche Bahn): "On the way to a climate-neutral Deutsche Bahn".
- Prof. Dr. Sophia Becker (Head of the Department of Sustainable Mobility and Transdisciplinary Research Methods, TU Berlin): "Political Measures and Communicative Strategies for the Transport Turnaround".
