The meeting dates are based on the dates of the Inter-Faculty Study Commission.

The next meeting of the Study Quality Commission for the allocation of study quality funds is expected to take place in May 2026.

In accordance with Section 11 of the University of Oldenburg's university charter, the tasks of the Study Quality Commission are carried out by the inter-faculty Study Commission. The Didactic Centre (diz), the central institutions, the student body and the Divisions of the central administration can each send one representative as an advisory member, and the Schools can also each send one advisory member from the staff group.

Allocation round of central study quality funds for the summer semester 2026 started

The allocation round for central study quality funds and for study quality funds in the area of specialisation for the summer semester 2026 has started. Proposals (see left column) can be submitted until 27 October 2025 . The application forms are updated regularly, please use the current version. Please be sure to read the application guidelines.

Please note the following points when applying for central study quality funds:

  • The maximum duration of the measure applied for should not exceed two years.
  • At least two faculties, one central institution/Division, one central institution/Division and one School or one central institution/Division and one Institute should be involved in the application for a measure.
  • The amount applied for should be at least €750.
  • Please also note the amended guidelines for the granting of granting of study quality funds of the MWK

 

Please send the approved proposals and any attachments to the Office of the Study Quality Commission (as a digital version to or by internal mail to the central Office of Committees, Attn: Maike von Elm).

The date for the next meeting of the Study Quality Commission, at which the proposals are to be dealt with, is 26 November 2025 .
