ComeNet specialised teaching
ComeMINT project completion
On 30 September 2025
We would like to thank our project partners at the universities of Münster and Paderborn for their cooperation, open dialogue and experience. We would also like to thank all participating teachers who took part in a training programme as part of the ComeMINT project. In the training courses, we learnt, laughed and strengthened the co-operation between science and practice. In keeping with the guiding principle of the project: training through networking - networking through training.
We look to the future with excitement to see what developments and changes will result from the joint project lernen:digital! We were happy to be part of the first steps.

Conception of digitisation-related teacher training and further education in the STEM field
As part of the BMBF-funded competence network learning:digitalwhich links competence centres from the fields of STEM, languages/ society/ economics, music/ art/ sport and school development, the ComeMINT project project forms its own competence network.
In addition to the University of Oldenburg, which participates in this competence network with the didactics of subject teaching, 13 other universities, mainly from the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, take part with their respective didactics, such as the didactics of mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology and Computing Science. At the end of the project, these specialised didactics join together to form so-called ComeNETs. The University of Oldenburg, together with the Universities of Münster and Paderborn, forms the ComeNet Sachunterricht.
The aim of the individual ComeNETs is the research-based conception of subject-specific, digitalisation-related teacher training and further education. The points of reference are topics relating to education for sustainable development and the design of diversity-sensitive teaching and learning processes in a culture of digitality. At the end of the two-and-a-half-year project period (April 2023 - September 2025), the professionalisation courses developed are to be made permanent by means of self-study courses and a nationwide online platform.
