4th School IV Research Day

The fourth School IV Research Day, held on 17 June 2026 at the Karl Jaspers House, was this time entirely dedicated to our researchers at various stages of their academic careers. Their presentations covered a wide range of topics – from sports pedagogy to classical studies and theology to social philosophy – and provided an insight into their current research. The event concluded with a presentation by Professor Thomas Alkemeyer, who – looking back, as it were, on his career in research – explored the question of how research topics emerge and take shape.
