As in-house organisational consultants, we support organisational units and their members to identify a vision as well as change and development goals and to develop implementation strategies. We support you with the main tools of coaching, moderation and team development.

Specifically, our work involves the following:

• We clarify the exact assignment with our commissioning party, discuss the goals and expectations
• We design a schedule and coordinate it with the commissioning party
• We might hold preliminary talks with participants (by arrangement)
• In consultation with the commissioning party, we make any necessary adjustments that arise during the process
• We document the process and the results.
