Scope and content: 4-6 hours per week of integrated teaching of reading, listening, speaking, writing, grammar and regional studies.

Additional courses
Scope and content: 2 SWS, German course to promote oral expression, at level A1.1 (CEFR).
Description: The A1.1 conversation course offers international students an introduction to the German language. Students have the opportunity to apply the structures they have learned and practise everyday situations. The course focuses on speaking and the grammatical structures required for this.

Survival German for International Researchers
Taster course for beginners (PhD, staff and guest researchers only)
Scope: 2 hours per week - no credit points/ no ECTS
