Are you an early-career female researcher researcher (PhD candidate, postdoc, junior professor, or junior research group leader) at School V of the University of Oldenburg and aiming for a career in academia? Then we warmly invite you to participate in the Women’s Career Week 2025 at the University of Oldenburg. With this offer, we want to support young women in actively advancing their academic careers, further developing their personal skills, and networking with each other.

When? September 1–5, 2025

Where? University of Oldenburg

The program includes three workshop days focused on training personal skills and providing information on building a scientific career.

Additionally, talks by leading female scientists from various disciplines will offer valuable insights into the opportunities and challenges in academia. In the following discussion rounds, there will be opportunities for exchange and networking.
