The Core Facility - Cell Sorting is part of the Department of Experimental Allergology and Immunodermatology headed by Prof. Dr Ulrike Raap. The facility offers cell sorting and flow cytometry services to all members of the university and external academic or industrial co-operation partners. Users have access to a MacsQuant Tyto cell sorter and can benefit from extensive scientific and technical advice. Access to further cell sorters and flow cytometers can be arranged within the framework of scientific co-operations.

The Core Facility staff will be happy to help you plan your projects and guide you step by step through the experiments. You can arrange a consultation appointment at any time.

Members of the university can be trained in the use of the equipment if required. We can currently offer training on the MacsQuant Tyto by appointment.
