Which competences can be credited towards the degree programme?
After successful enrolment at the University of Oldenburg, it can be checked whether credits from further education and academic appointments or previous periods of study can be credited to the degree programme. This means that these parts of the degree programme may no longer have to be studied.

It is also possible to submit an Application for the recognition of previous examination results if you
- have come to the University of Oldenburg from another place of study
- have changed your degree programme (e.g. your combination of subjects) at the University of Oldenburg or
- have completed work abroad.
