LEDA Data Standards


Here you can find the LEDA Glossary and the LEDA Data Standards.

For each trait, the Data Standards give detailed information on functional relevance, measurements and data structure. The section General Standards consist of information that should be entered for each record that is added to the Traitbase. These include information on the origin of the data (references and organisation), description of original habitat where the data was collected (habitat characteristics) as well as the methods used to collect the data. If you want to contribute to the LEDA Traitbase please organise your data according to the LEDA Data Standards.
