The conference fee is 600 Euros. It covers all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner).

Hotel reservations
There are rooms reserved at the hotel and we kindly ask you to do the booking directly at the hotel: mice@alpenhotel-oberstdorf.com. Please use the keyword "12th bgw" for the booking.
Hotel rooms are 140 Euro for single rooms and 85 Euro per person for double rooms. Please book before May, 30th 2025. After this date we cannot guarantee that you can still book a room as the area around Oberstdorf is very touristic.

Postdoc awards
There will be a limited number of postdoc awards available, covering costs for long distance flights, hotel costs and conference fees. Information on how to applywill follow.
