We welcome you to the 12^th edition in the series of Brazilian-German Workshop on Applied Surface Science, this time in the Allgäu, a wonderful Bavarian Alpine region. The conference site is situated at the Mice Alpenhotel Oberstdorf (directions). The nearest international airports are Munich or Zurich (and Stuttgart), all of them a 2.5 hours drive away.

Arrival should be on Sunday, 8^th as the scientific program starts Monday morning. The closing of the workshop will be around noon on Friday, 13^th.
