The core objective of the project is to identify international issues associated with teaching quality and subsequently devise solutions that can be universally applied. By targeting countries with resource constraints, TeachSynergy aims to contribute to the establishment of teaching practices that not only address educational challenges but also foster a deeper understanding of sustainability among young learners all under the context of the Sustainable development goals.

As a pivotal component of the initiative, a project trip to Cape Town, South Africa, was organized. This expedition included a comprehensive 3-day teacher workshop designed to provide educators with practical insights and skills. The workshop delved into innovative teaching methods tailored to the local context, aligning with the overarching goal of improving teaching quality and promoting sustainable education practices.
