2014

Announcement

April 29 - 30, 2014 in Goslar, Germany in the Harz mountains

The scientific meeting "From the witches cauldrons in materials science 2014" takes place on April 30, 2014. We were again able to win eight excellent female scientists as speakers for the conference. The meeting is held jointly with SFB 1073 "Atomic Scale Control of Energy Conversion" and SFB 1083 "Structure and Dynamics of Internal Interfaces".

There is the possibility to present personal research in form of a poster. The deadline for registration and contributions is April 19, 2014.

Location

The meeting will be held in the Harz mountains close to the city of Goslar (www.goslar.de), not far from the Brocken mountain (www.brocken-harz.de), in the old locksmithery of the World Cultural Heritage Rammelsberg.
