The three biologists Dr Silke Laakmann, Dr Stefanie Kaiser and Dr Thomas Knebelsberger from the German Centre for Marine Biodiversity Research have developed an accurate identification system for multicellular species. The team was also able to convince the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy with this idea and will receive an EXIST start-up grant totalling 155,000 euros from May. The team will be supervised by the University of Oldenburg's Start-up and Innovation Centre (GIZ) and Prof. Dr Pedro Martínez Arbizu. More
