The University of Oldenburg has once again achieved an outstanding result in the “Start-up Radar” survey conducted by the Stifterverband für die Deutsche Wissenschaft. It came fourth in the “Large Universities” category. In the last survey in 2018, it was still classified among medium-sized universities, where it had taken top spot. “It has now demonstrated that it is also right up there with the very best among the large universities,” states the study, which has just been published. Among the 42 large universities with more than 15,000 students, the University of Oldenburg is just a few tenths of a percentage point behind the top three – the Technical University of Munich, Munich University of Applied Sciences and the University of Potsdam – in the overall ranking.
