The University of Oldenburg has once again performed excellently in the "Start-up Radar" of the Stifterverband für die Deutsche Wissenschaft. It achieved 4th place in the "Large universities" category. In the last survey in 2018, it was still categorised as a medium-sized university and achieved the top position there. "Now it shows that it is also at the forefront of the large universities," says the recently published study. Among the 42 large universities with more than 15,000 students, the University of Oldenburg is only a few tenths of a percentage point behind the top trio of TU Munich, Munich University of Applied Sciences and the University of Potsdam in the overall ranking.
