Swantje Freund
Research focus

Swantje Freund joined the Management Research Group as a PhD candidate in June 2019. She holds a B.Sc degree in "biological diversity and ecology" from the University of Goettingen and a M.A in "Sustainability, Economics and Management" from the University of Oldenburg. During her studies, she gained research experience at the University of Gothenburg and the Scottish Association of Marine Sciences. In her PhD, she investigates the drivers and consequences of firm and market growth to derive implications for how to design sustainable firm strategies.
