The Institute of Mathematics at the University of Oldenburg and the German Mathematical Society hosted the Gauss Lecture on Friday, 15 June 2018 at 4:30 pm in the main hall of Oldenburg Castle.

The Gauss Lectures are a series of lectures by renowned representatives of the field, which highlight current topics and developments in mathematics and are aimed at the interested public. An overview of previous Gauss Lectures can be found here.

Admission was free and registration was not required.
