10:30 - 13:00      Morning Session 1: Problem Solving

• Intro to SWOT Analysis, fishbone diagrams and application
• Role-playing and reflective exercises
• Work on case studies, deal with individual problems as a group

13:00 - 14:00      Lunch Break

14:00 - 16:00      Historic City Tour (own expense)

16:00 - 16:30      Arrival and welcome of guest-PIs

16:30 - 19:00      PI session: experience and knowledge exchange

• Panel discussion with the PIs as experts
• Questions on first research project, challenges/obstacles, influence on career trajectories, advice and insight for young researchers

19:00 - 21:00      Informal dinner with PI discussions

Tuesday, 30^th August

9:30 - 11:00         Breakfast and get-together/networking

11:00 - 13:00      Morning Session 2: Future Projections

• Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) exercise/GANTT chart creation
• STEEP activity, key factor analysis
• Risk identification and mitigation discussion
