Project structure and participants OLE+
Overall management of the OLE+ project rests with the Vice-President for Student Affairs, Teaching and International Relations at the University of Oldenburg. The OLE+ academic management team is responsible for the research-based management of the project in co-operation with the university management. The steering team comprises two representatives each from the fields of educational sciences, specialised disciplines and subject-specific didactics, as well as one student representative. Each teacher-training School at the University of Oldenburg is represented by one member on the steering team.
The tasks within core processes 2 (promoting professionalisation) and 4 (establishing theory-practice spaces) of the OLE+ project are addressed at both a cross-school and a faculty-specific level: at the school-specific level, through development groups established at each of the UOL’s teacher-training schools, comprising subject specialists, subject didacticians and educational scientists worktogether with OLE+ staff and partners from the second and third phases on the faculty-specific further development of the curricula and on optimising the theory-practice links in the teaching degree programmes; cross-schoolin three working groups ( on curriculum development, on advising students on teaching degree programmes and on optimising the links between theory and practice in teaching degree programmes), each of which is led by two university lecturers and in which each School is represented by a research assistant from OLE +.
