Hölderlin 2020-24

The anniversary year 2020 - with the 250th birthdays of Hölderlin, Hegel and Beethoven and the 100th birthday (and 50th anniversary of the death) of Paul Celan - unfortunately turned out quite differently than planned due to corona. Due to the pandemic, almost all of the more than 650 events on Hölderlin planned throughout Europe had to be cancelled or suspended.
For Hölderlin's 250th birthday, see also the article from Forschung & Lehre-Online at Dokumente
From 9 to 12 June 2022, the 37th annual conference of the International Hölderlin Society was finally able to take place in Tübingen under the title "Why poets in poor times?", which had already been planned for 2020. The 38th annual conference took place from 23 to 26 May on the topic of "Hölderlin's Beginnings" in his birthplace Lauffen a. Neckar.
