Curriculum vitae

Dr. Phlipp Köker administers the professorship 'Political System of the FRG and EU' at the University of Oldenburg in the summer semester 2025. His research focusses on comparative political institutions, presidential politics, political parties, and issues of gender and representation, specifically (but not only) in Central and Eastern Europe. In addition, Philipp Köker is interested in comparative university policies and student publishing.
