Deadlines for submitting proposals
Deadlines are set in accordance with the rules of procedure.
The invitation with agenda is sent to the voting members 7 days before the meeting.
Draft resolutions and proposals must be submitted 5 working days prior to the invitation.
If this deadline is not met without the consent of the Director, the item will not be dealt with until the following meeting.

The dates of the department council meetings
The dates of the department council meetings are based on those of the Faculty Council.
The department council meets on the Wednesday 2 weeks before the faculty council in room A5 1-158 at 10:00 am.
