Health management
Healthy working conditions are the prerequisite for a good working environment and productive university. The aim of health management is therefore to create healthy working conditions for university employees.
One focus of this is on preventative measures and workplace health promotion services. This involves addressing aspects of the working environment and organisation as well as providing services promoting healthy living, for example in the areas of nutrition, sport and stress management.
Reintegration management (BEM is aimed at employees who are frequently ill or have long-term illnesses. It provides individual support for managing working conditions and returning to work.
