Administration portal

We provide information from the departments in a structured, target group-specific and easily accessible manner so that employees can find their bearings in the university and be kept up-to-date at all times. This is why we have set up the administration portal.

A substantial portion of the information required for everyday work at the university is provided by the “administration portal” platform in the form of central administration documents and processes. In terms of the administration portal:

  • we standardise the layout of the forms and documents provided on the administration portal so that they are easier to use,
  • we transparently present the relationships between documents and processes as well as contact persons, responsibilities and the IT systems used,
  • we create the link between process documentation/visualisation and the representation of the associated documents,
  • we are available as a neutral point of contact for the information stored on the portal and forward enquiries to the relevant specialist departments,
  • we identify development potential from our daily dialogue with users, which we then pass on to the departments,
  • we continuously develop the scope, structure and presentation of the portal.
