In her keynote at the OSMSES (Open Source Modelling and Simulation of Energy Systems) conference, which took place from 27 to 29 March 2023, Professor Astrid Nieße spoke about the crucial role of research data management in open-source energy modeling, in which she highlighted the importance of managing and sharing data in the development and dissemination of open-source tools for power and energy systems modeling and simulation.
The conference provided an international forum for experts from academia, industry, and utilities to discuss all aspects related to the use and development of open-source tools for power and energy systems modeling and simulation.
