Since the last amendment to the General Rules of Procedure dated 7 March 2018, published in the Official Notices on 16 March 2018, draft resolutions and proposals must be submitted to the person responsible for convening the meeting at least 5 working days(instead of the previous 5 days) before the invitations are sent out.

The deadline for submitting proposals is therefore 14 days before the date of the meeting; any public holiday within the deadline extends the deadline for the purposes of processing or shortens it for the purposes of the applicants. The specific application deadlines can be found under the future meeting dates.

Exception: Justified urgent applications are excluded from the deadlines - please contact us stating the reasons as soon as you realise that you will not be able to meet the deadline!

Please also register your proposals for the Faculty Council if they first have to be decided in the Study Commission and then in the Faculty Council (please include this in the Cc of the email to the StuKo).
