Since the last amendment to the General Rules of Procedure dated 7 March 2018, published in the Official Notices on 16 March 2018, draft resolutions and proposals must be submitted to the person responsible for convening the meeting at least 5 working days(instead of the previous 5 days) before the invitations are sent out.

The deadline for submitting proposals is therefore 14 days before the date of the meeting; any public holiday within the deadline extends the deadline for the purposes of processing or shortens it for the purposes of the applicants.

Exception: Reasoned urgent applications are excluded from the deadlines - please contact us stating the reasons as soon as you realise that you will not be able to meet the deadline!
