If you want to create surveys, you can use the university's central LimeSurvey installation. It can be accessed at the following URL:
umfragen.uni-oldenburg.de/index.php
You can login via two-factor authentication, just as it is done at the webmail system or Stud.IP. If you don't have a LimeSurvey account yet, one will be created automatically the first time you log in.
If you want to work on the same survey with multiple people, the others also need an account (must have logged into the system at least once) and you need to be in a Limesurvey group with them. However, such a group must be created manually by IT Services in advance. In this case, please send an e-mail to and name the user IDs (abcd1234) or, alternatively, the e-mail addresses of the desired group members. The same applies if you want to expand or reduce an existing group.
Once a group exists, you can select the "Permissions" from the "Survey menu" on the left side of a survey, add group members, and assign the desired permissions (or full permissions if necessary) for this survey.
