If you have any suggestions for improving the quality management system, please send us an email with your suggestion. Once a year, a meeting of the quality circle is held to discuss the further development of the system.
If things do not go as you would have wished, you can send us a complaint on any point and the QM team will carefully examine the complaint and contact you. Simply send us an email.
You can also send us complaints and suggestions for improvement anonymously. The AStA offers students the opportunity to receive complaints and forward them to the appropriate offices.
