Registration

Please send your proposal for conference participation with your full contact details (name, academic title(s), institutional affiliation, postal address, telephone number and email address) informally to mve2019@uol.de.

Conference fee

The fee for participation in this year's MVE meeting is 75 euros and includes on-site catering. Receipt of the fee is a prerequisite for registration. Please transfer the conference fee in full to the following account (IBAN TBA) at Bank TBA. Please state your surname and "MVE Conference 2019" as the reason for payment.

Limited number of participants

The number of participants is limited to 70 people due to room capacity. Free places will be allocated to non-presenters on a first come, first served basis, but attention will also be paid to an interdisciplinary composition in order to ensure a good exchange across disciplinary boundaries.

Formalities for the submission of contributions

Interested researchers are cordially invited to submit an abstract of the planned contribution (with information on the subject, research question, objectives and structure of the contribution) of 300 to 500 words by 15 July 2019 as a Word or PDF file to mve2019@uol.de. In addition to a short biography of no more than 10 to 12 lines, the abstract should also include full contact details (name, academic title(s), institutional affiliation, postal address, telephone number and email address). Extended abstracts or entire working papers can also be submitted as email attachments. A re-registering student will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of the proposal at the beginning of August 2019.
