The Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) specialisation deals with the user-friendly design of interactive systems and their human-machine interfaces. The lectures in this specialisation provide students with theoretical knowledge and practical skills for the design, implementation and evaluation of future interactive systems. The specialisation combines basic knowledge of usability and the design of human-technology interaction with practical skills in the development of specific interactive systems in practical tasks and project groups. The specialisation gives students an insight into the central issues of the usable realisation and evaluation of interactive systems. The specialisation also covers advanced topics in human-technology interaction and current trends in research and development.
