Canada, Wolfville: Acadia University
Acadia University is one of Canada's oldest public universities (founded in 1838). It is located in the English-speaking province of Nova Scotia, in the small town of Wolfville, around 100 kilometres from Halifax. Wolfville is known for its wide range of cultural activities and is a very popular tourist destination due to its geographical location.
Acadia University has around 3,700 students. Its focus is on undergraduate education (education in the Bachelor's degree programmes). Master's courses can only be attended by students of theology, which are then exclusively located in the Divinity School.
